Alliance Group, a real estate company headquartered in Chennai, along with its subsidiary Urbanrise, has outlined an investment of Rs 21,600 crore for the upcoming five years. This capital will be utilized to establish residential projects spanning 36 million square feet within the Southern market.

These forthcoming ventures are slated to be situated in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, effectively amplifying the company's portfolio by more than twofold. In an effort to bolster its market presence, the realty firm intends to develop 10 million square feet of residential spaces in Bengaluru, 16 million square feet in Chennai, and another 10 million square feet in Hyderabad.

Manoj Namburu, the Chairman and Managing Director of Alliance Group and Urbanrise, expressed his thoughts on the occasion. "The fiscal year 2022-23 stands out as an exceptionally positive period for our organization, marked by a remarkable achievement of selling 4,199 homes. This milestone underscores the unwavering trust that our customers consistently place in our projects, our unwavering commitment to quality construction, and our assurance to meet deadlines. Our dedication to delivering top-tier projects, the distinctive features and amenities we offer, and notably, the financial prudence we uphold, have all contributed to rejuvenating the confidence of homebuyers. Upholding principles of Trust, Transparency, Customer Delight, and Satisfaction, we continue to progress as an organization," Mr. Namburu further elaborated.

Suneel Bommireddy, the Vice Chairman of Alliance Group and Urbanrise, added to this sentiment by highlighting their commitment to setting industry benchmarks in construction speed. He noted that this commitment instills confidence in customers, assuring them that their dream homes will be delivered on time.
